On Tuesday, 3/31, the teams at Sunnyview Villa and Mountain View welcomed our asset manager from CPP, Jeffrey, for a site visit. Despite only having a day’s notice, both communities were exceptionally well-prepared, and the teams were eager to connect and showcase their work. This made me think of Keyana, who is always saying, "If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready."

Jeffrey had high praise across the board—highlighting curb appeal, the welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, 99–100% occupancy, zero late recertifications, very low delinquency, and the teams’ professionalism, friendliness, and presentation quality. In his follow-up, he emphasized that these outcomes are a direct reflection of strong leadership and shared that he truly appreciates the Quality way of doing things.

A couple of weeks ago, we were facing a major plumbing issue that could have cost THOUSANDS of dollars and displaced a resident and her family into a hotel. Instead, Winston sent this incredible team over, and without hesitation they said, “No problem—we’ll start tomorrow and get it fixed.”

True to their word, they showed up the next morning at 8 AM and had everything resolved by the end of the day. Because of them, the resident and her family were able to return home right away.

And it didn’t stop there—fast forward to Monday, and they came through for us again! They helped remove bulky items, took them to the dump, and even jumped in to help us get caught up on work orders.

We recently had the opportunity to host a Related executive site visit at Bloomington—and it was a standout moment for our team.

From start to finish, this was a true team effort. Everyone came together, aligned on the vision, and executed a property tour that not only showcased Bloomington at its best, but also reinforced the strength of our partnership with Related. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, and that’s a direct reflection of the preparation, collaboration, and pride each person brought to the table.

Moments like this don’t happen by accident—they’re built through coordination, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Quality Management Group presents… the QMG Social Club.

What started as a small way to bring some fun to the corporate office is now expanding the company wide. The Social Club will be hosting small activities, games, and events throughout the year to bring a little extra fun and connection to the QMG team.
