A HUGE thank you to the incredible team members who stepped up — some even during a holiday weekend — to support our Scherer Park and Pacific Terrace communities and help prepare the properties for an upcoming site visit. This was a last-minute call, and our team answered without hesitation, going above and beyond for their teammates and residents. 💪🏽
Over the course of several days, this amazing crew accomplished an incredible amount of work, including:
✅ Exterior cleaning & grounds improvements✅ Power washing roof areas, entryways, sidewalks & walkways✅ Roof gutter cleaning & debris removal to improve drainage✅ Stairwell cleaning, repairs, painting & detailed sanitation✅ Full hallway cleaning across all three floors✅ Deep cleaning & disinfecting of common areas✅ 100% interior unit inspections addressing health & safety concerns, deficiencies & preventive maintenance needs
This effort perfectly reflects one of our core values: Adaptability. When the need arose, this team adjusted schedules, changed plans, and came together quickly to support one another and the community. Their willingness to jump in wherever needed, take on challenges, and remain solution-focused under pressure is a true example of adaptability in action. 👏
A very special shout-out goes to our Facility Maintenance Manager, who worked side-by-side with the team — even scrubbing floors alongside everyone else. That’s true leadership in action. 🏆
