Barrington, Assistant Manager | Reed/Whitthram

From day one, Barrington has shown an incredible commitment to his professional development. By leveraging our current training tools and resources, he is directly enhancing the community experience for his residents. Barrington is officially "on fire"—he is currently leading the pack with 35 hours of total training time, a 37% completion rate, and 6 achievement badges earned in the Quality Neighborhood. His proactive approach to his onboarding plan, paired with his infectious smile and positive energy, makes him a true asset to the team.

Tanasha, Community Manager | Jackson Isle

In a very short window, Tanasha has proven herself to be a powerhouse team player. She hit the ground running with a clear execution plan, successfully bringing past-due recertifications current while simultaneously staying on top of her own training. Her feedback has been imperative to the successful launch of our new onboarding plans. We appreciate her ability to support her peers while maintaining her own momentum toward course completion.

Jemmy, Assistant Manager | Finamore

Jemmy joined us with a dedicated "learner mentality," bringing immense excitement to the Quality Neighborhood platform. Her curiosity and initiative shine through as she consistently seeks out answers and leans into day-to-day operational challenges. Together with Elizabeth, they make an exceptional team, and we look forward to seeing them take Finamore to new heights.

Mendocino Team & Candice Alamillo

In the face of recent challenges, Candice has gone above and beyond to ensure her team feels fully supported. This week, L&D joined Candice for a site visit focused on streamlining the AR process. Through careful observation and guidance, Candice identified key areas for improvement that will set the team up for success. With this continued collaboration, we are confident the Mendocino team is on the right track to successfully completing their lease-up and recertifications.
