A couple of weeks ago, we were facing a major plumbing issue that could have cost THOUSANDS of dollars and displaced a resident and her family into a hotel. Instead, Winston sent this incredible team over, and without hesitation they said, “No problem—we’ll start tomorrow and get it fixed.”
True to their word, they showed up the next morning at 8 AM and had everything resolved by the end of the day. Because of them, the resident and her family were able to return home right away.
And it didn’t stop there—fast forward to Monday, and they came through for us again! They helped remove bulky items, took them to the dump, and even jumped in to help us get caught up on work orders.
I truly appreciate you all taking time away from your busy site to support us. And a big thank you to your Community Manager, Rosa, for allowing you to come over and lend a hand.
